Home Workout Program - Phase 1

This program was created in the height of COVID-19 where most of my clients didn't have access to a gym or equipment at best. This is a 5-Day Bodyweight (with weight alternatives if you have equipment) Exercise programme that utilises ZUU (leading bodyweight workout movements) exercises to get the most out of your body, with strength, endurance and mobility! The aim of this home workout program is to build a consistent and strong foundation that can lead you to endeavouring into other realms of fitness. May that be the weights room, marathons or anything your heart desires! At the end of the day, consistency is the name of the game and this program makes it easy to achieve that!
